Next Day Delivery
All orders received before 2pm for delivery to Mainland UK* will be ready for shipping on a NEXT WORKING DAY delivery service.
Please note that as we are reliant on a 3rd party for some shipments, this service cannot be guaranteed and may take 24/48 hours, especially during this current climate.
Due to the current climate our 3rd party carrier service for palletised deliveries is under significant pressure. This is due to increased volumes following the lifting of lockdown, lack of resources to meet demand and the ongoing requirement and measures of Covid-19. This means that a next day service cannot be guaranteed and may take a further 24/48 hours for your goods to be delivered. Please be assured they are committed to offer the best service possible and we would like to apologise for any convenience that may be caused.
Orders over £200 excluding VAT will be delivered FREE to addresses within Mainland UK*
- A handling charge of £15.00 applies to orders between £100-£199 exc VAT to mainland UK.
- There is a minimum order value of £100 exc VAT.
Delivery will be made between 8.30am and 6.00pm, so please ensure that you are available to accept delivery during this period. Timed or restricted deliveries may be subject to an extra charge.
If you have the DPD app you will receive a one-hour timeslot and a 30 minute notification. You will also receive an extra alert "You're Next" when your next in the drivers delivery schedule.
For parcel deliveries we will make two attempts to deliver your order - if you do not take delivery of your goods at the time of the second attempt, the delivery charge will still be payable by you but the goods will be returned to us. Should you wish us to subsequently redeliver your goods at a further time then another delivery charge will be incurred.
For bulk or palletised orders we will make one attempt to deliver your order, redelivery will be chargeable. NB: Most box orders are palletised.
We have a reliable next day delivery service. Unfortunately orders are delivered by carrier and we cannot guarantee delivery times.
For palletised orders a forklift must be available for unloading on sight. Please make us aware of any delivery restrictions you may have.
Mainland UK excludes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Also some other Scottish regions have different delivery schedules and charges.
For deliveries outside Mainland UK, once you have placed your order we will contact you to confirm delivery date and charges if applicable, prior to taking any payment.
