It’s time to start planning for Christmas;
- Festive packaging to make your products stand out and create the ‘wow’ factor
- Bespoke packaging for Christmas gifts for customers or colleagues
- Fast packing solutions to keep up with Christmas rush
At Kilby Packaging we can help you with your Christmas packaging;
An effective but relative low-cost way to brand your packaging is printed tape. You could combine a festive design, or message with your company logo – so it’s good advertising too. We have over forty years’ experience in printing self-adhesive tapes, whether you want printed paper, vinyl or polypropylene tape.
Alternatively, why not create a great impression with Christmas printed boxes. We supply single and double wall corrugated in a myriad of styles as well as board grades. White linen makes an attractive gift box or ‘exposed’ fluting gives a modern and trendy finish. See our BESPOKE section.
If you’re looking for smaller quantities or want to brand one of our stock boxes, bottle carriers, envelopes or folders, try our new ‘Print Me’ service. Select one of our stock products and we can print it in full colour and there aren’t any additional costs for printing plates or stereos.
Gift Packaging from stock
Take a look at our range of GIFT packaging to see a range of bags, tissue paper and gift boxes. Our gift boxes include fine fluted, corrugated white postal boxes, 1,2 and 3 bottle wine boxes and 3 and 6 bottle ale or beer carriers.
Improve packing speeds
At Kilby Packaging we have one of the largest ranges of fast assembly, crash-lock bottom boxes. These have a quick, pop-up base and some of the range also have self-adhesive strips to seal the lid. They will save you a significant amount of time compared to standard 0201 cases, which require tape to seal the bottom and top.
If you are using standard boxes and standard rolls of tape (66 metres on a roll), change to 132 metre length rolls to reduce the amount of times the rolls have to be changed. You’ll also be creating less waste as you will half as many cores to dispose of.
Also take a look at our Colompac range of despatch packaging. All Colompac products are quick to assemble and have self-adhesive tear strips to seal.
If you are shipping larger volumes it also worth considering packaging machinery. Although there may be an initial investment or a monthly rental charge you will make a significant saving in time. These machines include automated strapping, taping and stretch wrapping as well as air and paper cushioning systems.
