Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with any stock items you have ordered you may return them for a refund within 7 days of the date of your order. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the goods to us. Providing the goods are returned in perfect condition we will be happy to refund money for returned goods. Please note any refund will be made using the same method as original payment.

Please note we are unable to accept returns of non-stock goods, or items printed especially for you.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of goods being faulty please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange to collect and credit in full any goods found to be faulty. Please note any refunds will be made using the same method as used for your original payment. Should returned goods subsequently be found not faulty these goods will be returned to you at your cost.
