Stretch Pallet Wrap Machines

A range of high performance pallet stretch wrappers are available with adjustable wrap tension, turntable and carriage speed. A variety of additional features may be added such as a loading ramp, an extension for heavier consignments and a weighing scale. Pallet wrappers may also provide a benefit by helping to reduce work place injuries by ensuring operators maintain an upright position throughout the wrapping process. Mobile Manual Pallet Wrapper (Photograph 1)

This is a versatile, mobile wrapping system, easy to operate and manoeuvre, enabling pallets to be wrapped in situ. An electrical supply is not required and the mechanically driven friction brake roller carriage and film tensioning ensures consistent film stretch on the entire wrap.

A reliable pallet stretchwrapper which comes with core brake tension and automatic programming. It has a 180^o rotating control box with on screen diagnosis. An alternative model which stretches the film in a series of rollers prior to application which maximizes stretchwrap and consequently reduces costs is also available.
