Air Cushion Packaging Systems

Air cushion packaging systems produce continuous streams of air pillows which are separated by a perforated strip. These air cushions can be used around, between and on top of the packed product to give dust free, economic and effective shock and impact protection. Minimal storage is required as the air cushions are produced on demand and as a lightweight filler this product ensures shipping costs are kept as low as possible.

The Mini Excel (first photograph) has a speed of 6m per minute. The machine is 483x406x483mm and the cushion size it produces is adjustable. The Excel machine has a speed of 14m per minute has dimensions of 457x559x381mm and again the cushion size is adjustable.
