Polypropylene Printed Tape

Polypropylene printed tape is the standard and most popular type of printed packaging tape. It has a high quality good all round, hot melt adhesive. This tape is available in high gloss bright white, buff or transparent.

Polypropylene tape can be printed with up to three colours. Our standard pantone colours are Black, Grey (8), Brown (477), Blue (289), Reflex Blue, Blue (297), Green (356), Green (354), Green (369), Yellow, Orange (021), Red (032), Red (485), Pink (177) Purple (268.) Vinyl Printed Tape

Vinyl printed tape is a premium low noise packaging tape which can be torn by hand and has a solvent adhesive. Available tape colours are white, transparent, yellow, red, green and blue. Please note red, green and blue tape can only be printed with one colour, black.

Vinyl tape can be printed with up to three colours. Our standard pantone colours are Black, Grey (8), Brown (477), Blue (289), Blue (2746), Blue (285), Green (354), Green (370), Yellow, Orange (021) Red (032), Red (485),Purple(268). Vinyl custom printed tape pantone swatches jan11

Paper Printed Tape

Paper tape is a environmentally friendly alternative and can be stylishly printed in black with a maximum ink coverage of approximately 30%. This tape has a high quality, good all round, hot melt, adhesive.

Paper tape is only available in positive print with a maximum 30% ink coverage. Our standard pantone colours are Black, Red(485), Reflex Blue.

Pantone colours indicated above are a guide only. Additional Pantone matched colours are available but may be subject to an increased cost.

SIZE/QUANTITY

The most popular sizes of printed tape are 48mm x 66metres, 48mm x 132m, 72mm x 66m. Other sizes of printed tape, ranging from 12mm to 192mm wide and 5m to 990m long, are available. The minimum order quantity is just 45 rolls for the most popular size of printed tape - 48mmx66m.

ARTWORK

It is important that printing stereos are created from good artwork. Our preferred format for logos and text is an Adobe Illustrator file (ai) but we can work with any format. If you have not decided on the design for your printed tape it is worth considering that it is often the simple designs that are the most effective.

There is an artwork and stereo charge on your first order for printed tape which will be dependent upon the number of print colours you choose.
